It’s a lot!!!
You’re “it” is a lot!!!
You may be trying to convince yourself the load you’re carrying isn’t a lot, but it is. It’s ok that you feel that way. Don’t look at the load “they’re” carrying. Be present with your load. Sort out the laundry. Throw away the things that don’t fit anymore. Cry! Scream! Be joyful! Feel whatever you need to feel with the load YOU’RE carrying!
Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like I needed to say that. This year [2021] I have adopted the mantra, “I can JOYFULLY do HARD + UNCOMFORTABLE things!” #joyiscontagious! I’m really trying to nestle into all that means, because the mental battle has been tough already. I’m just grateful for awareness and willingness to fight… The willingness to drag and push the load that is MINE… The load God trusted me with.
